What you'll need to hand
Registering takes a couple of minutes. These are the details we ask for, and what each one is used for.

This is what lets us check the DVSA booking system on your behalf. We use it for nothing else.

What we can and can't promise
We would rather set the expectation properly up front than oversell what a cancellation service is able to do.

- Refund you in full if we have not found you an earlier test within 14 business days
What we can't do
- Create a slot nobody has cancelled. We can only find what is genuinely released
- Promise one specific date, because we do not control what becomes available
- Prevent the DVSA changing or cancelling a test for examiner illness or bad weather
- Sit the test for you. The documents, the vehicle and the day itself are yours
Questions about the process
Do I need to do anything once I have registered?+
No. The searching runs in the background, and every action on the DVSA website is carried out by us. The one thing we ask is that you do not log in to the DVSA portal yourself while we are working on your booking.
Can I change my test centres or dates later?+
Yes. You can set and update your preferred centres, dates and times whenever you need to, and the search picks up your new preferences from that point on.
What happens if the DVSA cancels my new test?+
Cancellations made by the DVSA, for examiner illness or adverse weather for example, are outside our control and are not something we can be held responsible for. Your account covers unlimited searching, so we carry on looking for a replacement date as normal.
What if I need to cancel my test altogether?+
Managing and cancelling your test on the DVSA website is your responsibility, particularly if the date is close to the short-notice period. If you have auto-booking enabled, it is also up to you to cancel a booking you no longer want.
Is my driving licence number safe with you?+
We use it only to check for earlier tests and to rearrange your booking. We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. Our privacy policy sets out the full detail.
