We use your personal data to perform the contract between us — that is, to search the DVSA booking system for earlier practical driving test appointments that match your preferences, to notify you when we find one, and to rearrange your test where you have asked us to.

We also use it to take payment, to respond to your enquiries, and to keep records we are required to keep by law. Where we rely on your consent, such as sending you service messages by email, SMS or phone, you may withdraw that consent at any time.

4. Logging In to the DVSA Website

To provide the service you authorise us to log in to the DVSA booking system on your behalf using your driving licence number and booking reference. We use these details only to check for earlier test dates and to rearrange your test as instructed.

We are not affiliated with the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency. Your relationship with the DVSA, and the DVSA's own handling of your data, is governed by their terms and privacy notice.

5. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We share it only where necessary to run the service: with the DVSA when acting on your behalf, and with the service providers who host our systems, deliver our messages and process our payments. Card details are handled by our payment provider and are not stored by us. We may also disclose information where we are required to do so by law.

This website does not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels or third-party analytics. We do not build a profile of your browsing activity.
